Terms and conditions

DEYRO Desktops provides offline-first Windows software. A purchase grants the customer a personal, non-transferable license for the selected product and permitted device count. The software, activation materials, and installer may not be copied, redistributed, resold, reverse engineered where prohibited by law, or used to bypass licensing controls.

Prices are one-time purchase prices unless an offer clearly states otherwise. Current Shop Desktop pricing is PKR 2,500, USD 12, or EUR 12, before applicable taxes. The product is designed to work offline; customers remain responsible for their own records, backups, and lawful use of the software.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to process an order, deliver a license, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain purchase records: name, email, optional phone number, country or region, order details, and support messages. Payment-card numbers, CVV, PINs, and OTPs are not collected by this storefront.

When configured, order and entitlement data is stored with Cloudflare services. Shop Desktop business records remain on the customer's device unless the customer chooses to export or back them up. To request access, correction, or deletion of storefront customer information, use the contact details above.

Return and refund policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Before activation, a refund may be considered where the product has not been used. After activation, refunds are limited to duplicate payment, an incorrect or unfulfilled product, or an unresolved verified technical defect. Approved refunds revoke the associated license and download entitlement. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

Shipping and service policy

Products are digital Windows downloads; no physical goods are shipped. After payment is confirmed and the order is provisioned, the customer receives the license materials and access to the protected installer. Delivery timing depends on payment confirmation and licensing review. If delivery is delayed, contact us with the order ID and purchase email.

Support is provided through the contact details above. We may provide maintenance updates while a product is actively maintained; updates do not create a subscription or guarantee a particular future feature.

Shop Desktop license terms

Shop Desktop is licensed for the customer-controlled Windows device authorized at activation. The signed activation certificate is tied to the product and installation. Do not share activation materials. The software is provided subject to applicable law; the governing jurisdiction and local office address will be published before public commercial launch.
